AOM Support - Quality Assurance Specialist

Description -

The AOM Support - Quality Assurance Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring that our processes meet the highest quality standards. This position involves working closely with the production, development, and customer service teams to identify and resolve quality issues, implement quality management systems, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct regular defined controls for processes and systems
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external standard.
  • Identify quality issues and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve them.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of quality training programs for impacted teams.

Education and experience required

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a QA role
  • First-level university degree
  • Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Project and/or Program Management preferably within an international environment

Knowledge and skills:

  • Fluent in English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and effectively to different stakeholders
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative working atmosphere.
