Role Description:
As a Solution Architect Lead, you will be responsible for owning the overall solution blueprint and roadmap, working closely with clients to articulate business problems and translate them into an appropriate solution design. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and designing solutions that meet client needs. Solution Architecture or Solution Planning is a core activity during the sales process for SI and TC opportunities. The purpose of solution planning is to define the solution and delivery approach that our organization will provide to clients. This includes confirming scope, assessing capabilities and constraints, confirming the Solution Blueprint, defining the solution strategy, developing a Solution Plan, including the Delivery Mobilization Approach. A solution may incorporate multiple releases within a project, and multiple projects within a program. This may also include activities necessary to support and/or transform the business.
ATC Thailand solution Architect Lead is also expected to lead Strategic, Tactical and Operational activities to drive growth for the ATC:
Drive solution planning initiatives to meet the growth target of the local ATC in collaboration with ATC Delivery MD & BusOps. One of these is to establishment a New FY Account Planning ATCM participation or cascade to SAs & Delivery. Key Account Connects and solidify relationships with CALS and TDLs whose Tech work portfolio include ATC Target capabilities in scope.
Drive Account Planning sessions to derive CF & Tech Opportunities. This would be input to ATC Capability Building Plans. ATC Delivery to identify a corresponding Delivery Leader to partner with an Account SA in growing good relationships with a Priority Account.
Drive and Define Owners to create or iterate on Solution Guidelines for the local ATC
In Deal origination Stage 0, Solution Architecture lead is expected to participate or coach SA teams work with CAL, Sales Lead and Bid Manager in qualification of end client’s Technology requirement. SA lead to provide input to the deal shape & high level solution to come up with a ROM-level costing towards deal qualification. BD WBS will be provided to ATCT SA teams while on origination.

- Lead the design and development of complex solutions that meet client needs, leveraging your expertise in solution architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to analyze business requirements and design solutions that meet client needs.
- Translate business problems into appropriate solution designs, ensuring that solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring that solutions are designed and developed in accordance with best practices and industry standards.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in solution architecture and planning, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantages.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Expertise in solution architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with designing and developing complex solutions that meet client needs.
- Experience with providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Solid grasp of security and compliance requirements for enterprise solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 20 years of experience in solution architecture or expertise and success in starting up and executing complex end to end technology System Integration or Application Maintenance or Infrastructure Maintenance or Infrastructure Consulting delivery
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
