Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and implementation of applications. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as providing support and guidance to junior team members.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead the design and development of applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical queries and issues, providing guidance and support to the team.
- Oversee the testing and deployment of applications, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of applications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance application development processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Strong understanding of SAP SD modules and their integration with other modules.
- Experience in designing and implementing SAP SD solutions, including pricing, order management, and delivery processes.
- Knowledge of SAP SD configuration and customization, including master data setup and pricing procedures.
- Experience in SAP SD integration with other systems and modules, such as SAP FI/CO and SAP MM.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP development.
- Experience in SAP SD implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, and testing.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in leading and managing a team of developers and providing technical guidance and mentorship.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A Graduate degree is required.
