5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analytics—ideally in a fast-paced, B2B or distribution environment.
Proven ability to transform data into actionable insights that drive performance and support sales strategy
Experience supporting incentive compensation programs — including quota setting, tracking, and reporting — in partnership with Sales and Finance teams
Familiarity with coverage models, territory planning, and sales resource optimization
Proficiency in sales analytics tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, or Tableau; comfort with large data sets and CRM reporting
Strong capability in building and maintaining dashboards, performance metrics, and reporting tools to support business reviews and planning
Exposure to sales onboarding, training, or enablement initiatives, including cross-functional collaboration with Enablement or HR
Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders
Strong collaboration and project management skills, with a track record of delivering results across departments
Self-starter who’s comfortable balancing strategic priorities with hands-on execution
