ABOUT THE ROLE
The Client Service Consultant is the main point of contact for our amazing clients at CPA.
You will be supporting both current and prospective CPA clients of all ages, discussing their needs and seamlessly connecting families with the right services for them.
You will be supporting the region by scheduling appointments, problem solving and discussing clients NDIS plans, managing incoming calls, and meeting with/onboarding new clients.
This is an on-site role.
ABOUT THE TEAM
This role is based on site at our Penshurst centre (about to move to Roselands) with occasional travel requirements to our Kingswood and Prairiewood locations. At Penshurst you will be working with a team of 5 CSCs, alongside the larger therapy team.
We work in a team at CPA and we work very well together. We are passionate about our clients and about ensuring a high standard of work and training. We also have a lot of fun on site, with a kind and supportive work environment
