The Opportunity:
CACI’s growing Agile Digital Solutions Operating Group has an opportunity available for a CI/CD Tools developer to support the modernization and sustainment of a large portfolio of enterprise business solutions used by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).  This environment provides an unparalleled opportunity to grow and advance with a premier provider of digital solutions to the U.S. government.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the propagation of DevSecOps engineering principles, processes, and industry best practices to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of an enterprise continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline.

  • Interact with Systems Engineering, Chief Scientist, Software Engineering, and Program Management and your Solutions Architect on specifications/requirements/use-cases in a collaborative team environment.

  • Design DevSecOps infrastructure-as-code in source control system(s) and track work progress with the Atlassian suite of tools (JIRA, Confluence).

  • Lead and work closely with development teams to establish guidance for dependency management and package deployment best practices.

  • Champion security-minded CI/CD in the early stages of development to ensure both the portability of the applications and that they will pass security review gates when being deployed to the operational environments.

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Qualifications:
Required: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution

  • 8+ years of relevant experience.

  • 10+ years of experience in developing Python applications.

  • Experience designing, building and maintaining CI/CD infrastructure, automated processes and tools (ideally in Jenkins/Groovy/Python/Docker/LocalStack).

  • Experience with automating builds, unit testing, regression testing, release candidate creation, and release candidate delivery.

  • Experience with JIRA, Gitlab, Bitbucket, Confluence, Jenkins, Artifactory

  • Experience with Docker and alternative containerization tech stacks.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Superior attention to detail and inquisitive nature.

  • Highly motivated to discover the problem and find resolution.

  • Extremely detail oriented and organized.


Desired:

  • Prior experience supporting NASA program(s)

  • Experience with one or more of the following: Cross-Domain Solutions (CDS), Static code analysis tools (Fortify SCA), Integration of security requirements into CI/CD pipelines, combining classified and unclassified code base

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100-$172,400
