Job Description

Performance Strategy Consulting at Partners in Performance

As part of the Performance Strategy Consulting team, you will be working in teams to solve complex problems, drive meaningful change, and help industries and organizations overcome their biggest challenges. You will help influence decisions at the highest levels as well as improve performance at the frontline. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze operational data using proprietary methods and tools.
  • Develop and quantify strategies for optimizing the organization's operations and implement the strategies in close partnership with the organization's workforce, from the C-Suite to employees on the ground.
  • Provide frequent and immediate coaching to ensure data and KPIs are properly interpreted and leveraged to manage operations.
  • Model high safety standards in often hazardous and remote settings (e.g., mines, oil rigs, factories). For select projects, support the design and management of capital projects, and build and execute energy transition plans.

.Basic Qualifications:

  • 10 years of strategic advisory exposure
  • 3-5 years in a similar senior level role in a professional services industry (strategic consulting firm ideal)
  • Bachelor's degree required

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of marketing and sales with a demonstrated sales track record
  • Innate problem-solving abilities
  • Drive, energy and an ability to ‘get things done’
  • Ability to syndicate and bring people along on the journey
  • Active listening skills
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to do the detail work that means IP, systems and processes work
  • Project management skills
  • Team player

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
