About the Role

As an AI Product Manager , you will be responsible for generating insights on market and technology trends in the field of generative AI, managing value realization and strategic alignment, and establishing project performance (KPI) frameworks. Additionally, coordinate cross functional business requirements to drive implementation and scalable adoption, while maintaining the knowledge base of AI use cases and success stories.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Market and Technology Trend Analysis:

   - Research and analyze industry trends, advancements, and emerging technologies in generative AI.

   - Monitor market dynamics, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments.

   - Provide actionable insights to inform our generative AI strategy.

2. Value Management and Strategy Alignment:

   - Collaborate with business to define strategic goals and objectives.

   - Develop frameworks for measuring and evaluating value of the use cases from generative AI investments.

   - Ensure alignment of generative AI projects with overall organizational strategy.

3. Performance Benchmarking:

   - Establish performance metrics and KPIs for generative AI projects.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Define Business Requirements:

   - Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define business requirements and translate it to generative AI requirements for implementation.

   - Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

   - Drive cross-functional initiatives to accelerate generative AI adoption.

5. Maintain an AI library:

   - Support on creating and maintaining AI library and uses case success stories.

Job Requirements:

   - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related Business discipline.

   - Minimum of 6 years’ of relevant working experience

   - Prior experience in business analyst role, AI research, trend analysis, or related fields.

   - Strong understanding of generative AI and their practical applications.

   - Proficiency in business and use cases analysis and trend forecasting

   - Ability to synthesize complex information into insights

   - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.

   - Solid knowledge of insurance, finance business processes

   - Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
