Job Description:

• Responsible for logging/recording all machine downtime, lot history and real time transaction on Reporter8 and MES
• Escalates/ reports any problems encountered in the line to the Supervisor on duty.
• Responsible for ensuring good set-up & isolation of stations with minor problems like set-up & related issues in reference to OCAP’s.
• Supports and implements Environmental Management System (EMS), Quality Management System (QMS) and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD).
• Responsible for the proper handling of hardware, equipment and products being observed in line
• Responsible for the quality of his/her products, preventing any quality issues in the line & aiming for zero Lot Rejection Rate.
• Responsible for informing immediate supervisors about emergency situations such as being unable to report for work, filing of vacation leaves and sick leaves.
• Perform MSC/5S activities
• Strictly follows company rules and regulations

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Ability to multi-task while paying careful attention to detail
• Prior success working both individually and in a team environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal direction
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed work specifications
• Excellent listening skills
• Adaptability to frequent change and improvements
• Regular and predictable attendance is essential
• Ability to wear the required Protective Equipment
• Basic computer, math and reading comprehension skills
• You must be 18 years old with a senior high school diploma
