Euronext Corporate Services is a fully integrated division of Euronext, including all the resources to pursue its business activities: Revenue, Growth Marketing, Product, Technology & Operations, Client Services and Transformation. It also relies on Euronext support functions to accompany its growth. 

Role Summary

As a Revenue Operations Manager you will be responsible for leading and executing day-to-day revenue operations. This will include business reporting, CRM hygiene and processes, weekly/biweekly leadership meetings, setting/forecasting quotas and OKRs. You will also contribute to scaled strategic revenue initiatives for the company such as defining and implementing prioritization methodologies for the business, rolling out new compensation approaches, building new teams and roles & responsibilities, creating new playbooks & processes.

To drive success in this role, you will have a track record of success in implementing and improving revenue processes for sales orgs, ideally utilising HubSpot. Regular collaboration with cross functional leaders will be key in ensuring goals are achieved.

Key responsibilities

The Revenue Operations Manager will

  • Support the Chief Revenue Officer in running the day-to-day revenue operations
  • Partner with leadership across Sales, Finance, Marketing and Account Management, on process improvement, measurement, tracking & analytics, relevant to their functional areas
  • Maintain regular check-ins with department leads to determine & identify any problems or areas for improvement
  • Enhance productivity by enabling teams to work smarter by simplifying processes
  • Track & analyse key metrics including pipeline growth, deal probabilities, win/loss rates, & tracking against KPIs/targets to provide insights and recommendations for the business
  • Create monthly content for recurring meetings, executive presentations & board reporting
  • Work with the CRO on special initiatives such as playbooks to optimize the sales process further, new monetization and pricing strategies and evaluation of commission and remuneration plans
  • Act as a strong liaison to our CRM team and make recommendations for improvements

Knowledge, Personality, Skills and Experience Required

We are looking for enthusiastic people with the following skills:

  • 5 Years experience working with Sales Teams / Sales Enablement / Sales Operations
  • Experience working with HubSpot and/or Salesforce
  • Experience in Revenue Operations as a subject matter expert with proficiency in creating reports, optimising processes & managing dashboards
  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, & distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, A postgraduate degree and/or record of academic achievement is also desirable
  • Highly analytical thinker – experienced in and comfortable with setting up and interpreting vast data sets
  • Very detail-oriented, accountable and possesses a high degree ownership
  • Proven experience handling multiple projects in the field of revenue operations at the same time
  • Ability to build consensus by aligning management, users and other stakeholders
  • Proven experience introducing and establishing new processes across a diverse sales and customer success team
  • Proactive and strategic mindset
  • Strong and proven interest for innovation and technology.
  • Business Fluency in English, in addition Dutch is a big plus
