On a day-to-day basis you can expect to:
• Co-Manage North America PHC digital media campaigns across programmatic and social platforms, owning the campaigns from creation through ongoing optimization to deliver specified KPI’s
• Using real time data—analyze & identify insights to deliver incremental and profitable growth for our brands
• Partner with the internal media team, brand and insights team to define and build best-in-class digital test & learns while bringing to life our Brands’ commercial strategies online
• Create standardized reporting and present data on a regular basis to internal and external business partners
• Be a thought leader and help us transform what winning looks like via new ideas, processes, and outside-the-box thinking
The ideal candidate is knowledgeable and experienced at data management and analytics with experience using various tools and applications to access, organize, manipulate, and mine data as well as display and communicate insights. You can operate with executional excellence and agility. You’re a fast learner, can work collaboratively across functions, and have a passion for positively impacting our consumer’s lives.
Job Qualifications
A BS or MS/MBA in a Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or Information Systems related field
• Experience with digital media buying platforms
• Experience with using data to identify business-building insights and then turning those insights into a solution or process
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Experience in Microsoft Office suite of tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
•Ability to travel to Mason, OH to work. Relocation is not offered for this role. Applicants outside of travel distance to the Mason, OH office must be willing to self-relocate to the area.
Preferred:
• Experience working across DSPs
• Experience working/analyzing website and mobile conversion
• Data Analytics skills, including experience using analytical tools such as KNIME, Python, Power BI, or Tableau
• Familiarity media KPIs and metrics
Starting Salary Range: $85-$115K
Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At P&G compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Total Rewards at P&G include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
