Location: Hybrid/Leatherhead/Hampshire - covering visits in the South region such as Reading, Basingstoke, Guildford, Andover, Haslemere, Southampton, Christchurch, among other areas

Salary: £34,641 - £40,251 per annum pro rata

Hours: 36 per week

By coordinating with internal teams and external support agencies, you'll ensure residents receive the right help at the right time. From gathering essential information to maintaining clear, accurate records, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high quality, person-centred service that changes lives.

What You’ll Need:

• A genuine passion for helping vulnerable people

• Experience supporting individuals or families in complex situations

• Strong knowledge of social housing and tenancy sustainment

• Confidence working with external agencies to build positive partnerships
