As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will support client relations and contribute to the success of VML and our client’s business. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the tracking and monitoring of our clients' Amazon business, providing support for channel-specific challenges, and managing day-to-day operational tasks.
You will work closely with experienced Key Account Managers to help manage client accounts, facilitate daily interactions with clients and internal VML departments, and contribute to the implementation of Amazon performance and strategy plans. In this role, you will learn to identify opportunities for growth, assist in addressing client challenges, and deliver excellent service that reflects the values of VML. This is a dynamic position that offers the opportunity to build foundational skills in account management, data analysis, and project coordination while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
