The Agile Coach is a servant leader who is passionate about lean-agility and will work with teams, ARTs, and the wider organization to help accomplish transformation goals. Their skills help focus the organization on learning, transparency, accountability, and relentless improvement.

• Promote and align with implementation of an Agile transformation vision, roadmap, and Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) operating model
• Improve the culture by incorporating Lean-Agile values and principles into existing processes across the organization
• Promote and implement core metrics to optimize leadership, team, ART and business agility in terms of predictability, reliability and adaptability
• Promote a Lean-Agile mindset through the development of internal training content and agile ways of working guidance that aim to coach and train coaches, agile roles, managers, and executives
• Create, launch, and facilitate organizational learning including Communities of Practice (CoP)
• Assess organizational maturity around business agility providing coaching where opportunities for improvement exist
• Act as an Agile Coach, developing RTEs, Scrum Masters, and closely partnering with the Product Manager & IT Delivery Owner to guide the agile release train
