Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Marketing Services
Coordinates all marketing activities related to major clinical programs and new initiatives. Develops marketing plans and marketing budgets.
Coordinates advertisements and media communication related to new faculty, new clinical practice offices and/or new clinical programs and initiatives.
Electronic Marketing
Coordinates content and design of the Centers of Excellence webpage as a key component of the department’s overall marketing strategy.
Works with the technical support staff to update and maintain the web content.
Media Relations and Representation
Serves as liaison with Medical School Public Affairs, BJH and BJC Media offices.
Serves as information clearing house for developments in research, teaching and clinical care activities passing on to Medical Public Affairs any information that could increase the department’s local, national and international media coverage.
Maintains awareness of Stark regulations and complies with regulations in all referring relationship development activities.
Market Research
Maintains market research information via a database of department sub-specialty practices within the local and regional geographic area.
Maintains market data on general trends in the healthcare market.
Marginal or Non-Essential Functions
Performs other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
