Summary

Responsible managing Demand Planning and CPFR (Collaborative, Planning, Forecasting, Replenishment) activities with key national accounts (Walmart, Sam’s Club, etc.) and maintaining forecast models incorporating business intelligence gathered from sales, marketing, finance, retailer replenishment analysts and other sources.

 

Responsibilities

  • Host and lead weekly CPFR (collaborative planning forecast and replenishment) meetings with external buying teams and internal Sales and Product Marketing teams
  • Gather and incorporate market intelligence to produce the best possible operational forecast through internal CPFR tools and processes
  • Manage model-level demand planning responsibilities for assigned accounts/retailers
  • Manage weekly purchase order requests, intake, and maintenance as well as work with accounts to manage optimal inventory to ensure achievement of in-stock expectations
  • Work with account to balance inventory across network – WH/store level
  • Reoccurring and ad-hoc reporting utilizing internal and external vendor portal data
  • Daily collaboration to support Sales team regarding forecasting, inventory, and order maintenance
  • Lead weekly internal S&OP meeting
  • Work directly with supply planning team to collaborate on long-term forecasting for production schedules

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or relevant field
  • 7+ years demand planning or relevant experience
  • APICS certification preferred
  • Must understand collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment (CPFR) to effectively manage forecast
  • Strong written, verbal, and in-person communication skills required as this position interfaces with customers directly
  • Strong relationship builder
  • Excellent data analysis skills
  • Solid business acumen

$90,000$120,000 USD
