Job Description
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important customers in the Odessa, Cherkassy, Kropyvnytskyi, Nikolaev, Kherson regions.
The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our VACCINES business to achieve long-term success.
Job Description:
You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.
The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers.
You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s vaccines solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.
Develop trust relationships with a vaccines portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Identifying Key Account Stakeholders and understanding their perspectives on our competitors and the healthcare environment as well as their needs related to improving patient outcomes to create a competitive advantage.
Understanding the customer’s tender procurement process, key decision makers and influencers- this includes understanding the full tendering cycle (annually or across years) including when the tender is being developed, and how and when key inputs are determined and reviewed

Nikolaev (remote communication due to safety reason)
Kherson (remote communication due to safety reason)
Requirements and skills:
Healthcare or pharmaceutical academic background.
5 years of Key account management experience. Vaccines related experience is preferred.
Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
Proficiency in use of standard software applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Ukrainian fluent, English not required
