Freese and Nichols Inc., is looking for a Senior Biller with experience in project accounting for either our Fort Worth, Austin, or San Antonio locations. As Senior Biller, you will focus on project-related billings that align with client’s contract requirements.

Duties include:

  • Project billings, contract coordination and review, data entry and invoice coding
  • Review and approval of timesheets and expense reports

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • 5+ years' experience in a billing or accounting function
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with Historically Underutilized Business reporting
  • Familiarity with accounting software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, initiative and attention to detail with the capability of working independently
  • Strong communication skills, possessing the ability to work with employees throughout the organization, vendors and clients, while building long-distance positive relationships across office.

Preferred

  • Professional services firm billing experience
  • Prior experience within the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry
  • Experience with BST software
