Job Summary:
As a Senior SAP Manufacturing Consultant with SAP S/4HANA expertise, you will lead the implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA solutions focused on manufacturing processes. Working closely with clients, you will assess their business needs, design customized solutions, and drive strategic improvements in their production and supply chain operations. This role requires extensive experience in SAP Manufacturing (PP, QM, PM) and the ability to guide clients through complex digital transformations. You will also provide training, support, and ensure the successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA across their manufacturing environments.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations, ensuring seamless integration, configuration, and optimization of manufacturing modules (PP, QM, PM).
Collaborate with clients to design SAP solutions that address pain points, boost production efficiency, and enhance quality and maintenance.
Analyze complex manufacturing processes, offering insights to streamline operations, reduce costs, and increase efficiency using SAP S/4HANA.
Monitor and identify opportunities for system enhancements to align with business needs and technological advancements in manufacturing.
Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, and engage in presales, solutioning, and client interactions to strengthen relationships.
Work with SAP architects, consultants, and project managers to align SAP solutions with business goals and support cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
Many years (at least 8 years) of SAP consulting experience in Manufacturing modules (PP, QM, PM), with expertise in SAP S/4HANA and full lifecycle project management.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing solutions and integration with MM, SD, and FI/CO modules.
Expert in manufacturing processes, production planning, quality management, and maintenance, translating business needs into SAP solutions.
Proven ability to manage SAP implementations and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project success.
Skilled in presenting complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Education and Qualification:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Fluent written and spoken German and English.
Certifications for SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing is an advantage.
