· Ability to design the end-to-end business testing strategy for a complex multi-site S/4 HANA implementation, including integration, user acceptance, and regression tests leveraging automated testing tools where appropriate..
· Expertise in designing test plans, scripts, scenarios, and automation approaches across functional and technical workstreams. Participate in testing and cutover planning workshops with process owners, value stream leads, and other stakeholders. In-depth understanding of S/4HANA processes, integration points, data dependencies, and cutover impacts
· Proven ability to lead master cutover planning and execution alongside detailed mock cutover plans including readiness tracking, go/no-go criteria, and hypercare transition.
· Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams, business users, and system integrators to ensure test and cutover alignment.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage issues, risks, and decision-making across program stakeholders.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with architects, business owners, and technical teams.
· Ensure test plans are developed, executed, and meet acceptance criteria
· Validate that post‑go‑live support processes and organization are defined and enabled
· Provide critical input to cutover plans and data conversion strategies
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
· 5+ years’ experience in leading SAP or other ERP test strategy in a complex organization.
· Experience engaging multiple cross-functional teams
· Experience briefing Executive & Senior Customer Leadership
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with leading test strategy and implementation criteria for S/4 HANA implementation
