We are looking for a Deal Desk Analyst to join our growing team and support our Revenue Operations team, specifically focusing on our messaging and WhatsApp products, where pricing and vendor negotiations are crucial to success.
As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our Rev Ops team to enhance profitability and optimise deal execution, primarily within the messaging and WhatsApp product lines. You will manage pricing checks, work with vendors to negotiate special pricing, and collaborate closely with the sales team. Your negotiation skills and expertise in vendor and pricing management will be vital in maintaining a seamless process from quoting to deal closure.
Responsibilities:
Support Rev Ops team to drive profits
Conduct pricing checks and engage in vendor negotiations to secure special pricing.
Collaborate with sales teams and vendors as key stakeholders in the process.
Provide expertise and guidance on pricing, deal structuring, and contract terms.
Ensure compliance with internal booking policies and external regulations.
Drive process enhancements to improve team scalability and efficiency.
Assist in onboarding new sales reps and providing training on quoting tools and CRM systems.
Monitor key metrics related to pricing performance and deal closure rates.
Qualifications
2-8 years of experience in deal desk operations, pricing, or related areas.
Strong negotiation and people skills with a proven track record of vendor management.
Familiarity with CRM systems and quoting tools.
Experience with messaging and WhatsApp products is a plus.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing tight deadlines.
