Summary:
Oversees projects for assigned areas, functions, or teams.Responsibilities:
Develops project scope, deliverables and plans in alignment with project objectives.
Identifies, secures, and coordinates project resources. Responsible for the coordination and facilitation of information between project stakeholders in order to ensure project objectives are advancing successfully.
Manages project implementation to achieve project goals while controlling resources, risks, conflicts, timelines and costs.
Oversee and maintain data gathering, data analysis and data reporting requirements for all project phases.

Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Familiar with data quality management functions and tools. Ability to present presentations to all project staff levels.
