What You Will Do:

  • Manages large employee learning and development projects with limited guidance or oversight, delegates work to lower level employees and reviews others' work, if needed.

  • Introduces and applies fresh ideas and creative solutions to stimulate discussion and thinking relative to employee performance, team performance, and leader development.

  • Achieves operational targets with major impact on results

  • Assists in the development of budget estimates and funding allocation for projects or processes

  • Communicates with internal clients or stakeholders to ensure alignment on training concepts and approaches

  • Subject matter expert of a specific area within the organization. E.g. employee performance, leader development, team performance

  • Relies on extensive experience to independently develop approaches to employee performance and leader development solutions within job area

  • Requires ability to participate in cross-functional discussions with senior leaders on projects and processes

  • Assists on large, complex leader development project initiatives of strategic importance to the organization

  • Responsible for providing guidance, coaching, and training to other employees across the Company within functional area of expertise. Typically, responsible for leading large, complex project initiatives of strategic importance to the organization, involving large cross-functional teams (without direct reporting relationships)


What You Will Need:

  • Experience managing leader development programs for mid to senior level employees

  • Requires strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of project management

  • Experience facilitating training, meetings, and strategic planning sessions with organizational senior leaders

  • Experience with course design and live or virtual course facilitation

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree

  • Six (6) + years of prior related experience


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Coaching Certification (ICF, John Maxwell, Dale Carnegie, or similar certification) a plus

  • Personality Assessment (DiSC, Hogan, EQi 2.0, 360 assessment or similar) certification a plus
