The Capital Markets Growth and Innovation Manager is responsible for leading the organization’s digital transformation activities, integrating new products and leveraging data to support growth and innovation within the organization. This strategic role aims to modernize operations, strengthen competitiveness and make a direct contribution to achieving business objectives. More specifically, you will be required to :

  • Define and implement initiatives to stabilize operations and create innovative ecosystems

  • Coordinate the integration of products, regulations and processes with internal partners

  • Leverage data to improve client knowledge, optimize profitability and support strategic decisions

  • Introduce practices that promote agility, engagement and the adoption of new tech

  • Work in close collaboration with IT, Finance, Compliance, Risk and other strategic partners

  • Anticipate technological trends and propose innovative solutions to support growth

  • Play an active role in defining and implementing the organization’s strategic direction

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as management, tech, finance or equivalent discipline)

  • A minimum of nine years of relevant experience in strategic functions, including managing transformation and innovation projects

  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

  • Strong communication skills in English and French, both written and spoken, due to the nature of the job duties, work tools, and interactions with partners, members and clients

  • Highly skilled in strategic leadership with the ability to mobilize multidisciplinary teams

  • Proven expertise in digital transformation and process modernization

  • Advanced knowledge of concepts related to innovation and tech ecosystems

  • Expert communicator with the ability to lead and influence others

  • The ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment that is undergoing a transformation

  • Knowledge of the financial markets, regulations and data governance practices

  • Enhanced knowledge of analytical skills for data mining and decision-making
