The Wholesale Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales goals and growth by managing wholesale accounts and providing quality service. The Wholesale Sales Representative is responsible for driving the execution of the brand strategy in collaboration with relevant internal departments such as the production management team, marketing team, supply chain team, and other external suppliers and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and promote sales plans to achieve sales goals
- Ensure smooth and effective communication with assigned customers
- Provide training to customers to increase brand awareness and product knowledge
- Present seasonal product lines to assigned accounts
- Collaborate with key stakeholders at each major milestone to provide services that meet the financial and strategic needs of the Columbia brand.
- Build partnerships and collaborations with cross-functional leaders
- Identify issues, articulate them internally and externally, and provide solutions to correct course in a timely manner
- Analyze market and competitors
- Manage and control accounts as appropriate
