Job Summary
Job Description
As a key member of the Executive Management team, the Business Segment (BuS) Chief Financial Officer will report to the BuS President and Platform CFO. They will assume a strategic role in the overall management of the Business Segment. The CFO will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities of the BuS. This will include direct responsibility for accounting/finance, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, strategic planning, contribution margin costing and margin control, legal, compliance, Merger and Acquisition analysis and negotiations, capital review, treasury and IT – including projects and strategic direction for ERP.
