Executive Assistant to Executive Leadership – Denver, CO

In this fast-paced role, you’ll provide valuable executive assistant support to four executives.  You will have a wide range of executive assistant responsibilities, that range from heavy calendar management, travel (including international travel), expense reports, and assisting with presentations.  You will collaborate with other executive assistants to ensure the timeliness of meetings for senior executive leaders. 

Role Responsibilities

  • Complex calendar management that includes arranging appointments, meetings/conference calls with global attendees.

  • Coordinating complex travel itineraries that include both domestic and international travel.

  • Process and manage expense reports and purchase orders.

  • Review, edit and prepare reports and presentations.

  • Collaborate with other executive assistants to ensure timeliness of meetings.

Role Requirements

  • Education or equivalent skills are required, 5-10 years of experience working with senior executives as an Executive Assistant.

  • Highly professional, diligent, and dependable as you will be dealing regularly with highly confidential information.

  • You will be forward thinking and be able to anticipate needs with the ability to know when to be discreet.

  • Prioritization and planning are key to being successful in this role, as well as excellent communication and IT literacy, with tools such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Concur, and Zoom.

  • Ability to build effective working relationships across the business and be incredibly efficient with your time.

  • Strong executer and a true business partner to the leader(s) you are supporting.

  • Ability to work in office as needed by executive(s) being supported.

Salary

The hourly rate range is $28.46 - $43.75 per hour. The actual rate will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
