The Revenue Finance team partners the business to drive sustainable growth and profitability across multiple markets, categories and routes to market, while building strong financial capability and future leaders.

About the role

Based in Cologne, you will report to the Global Revenue Performance, Senior Finance Director and lead the DACH cluster finance team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the cluster continues to grow profitably, providing clear commercial leadership and robust financial governance.

You will be a member of the global finance leadership team, helping to set the direction for finance across our markets and contributing strongly to talent development. Working in close partnership with DACH leadership teams, you will lead the strategic planning process, drive commercial decision‑making, and ensure optimal use of financial resources. You will have full accountability for P&L performance, balance sheet integrity and working capital management across the cluster.

Key responsibilities:

• Business partner DACH leadership teams on commercial strategy across all channels and categories, providing challenge, insight and support.
• Own P&L performance; identify and quantify risks and opportunities, proactively developing mitigation and value‑creation plans.
• Maintain a clear and compelling narrative on business performance across sell‑out, sell‑in, trade stock, P&L, balance sheet and working capital.
• Lead the strategic planning and forecasting process, ensuring decisions align to the strategic plan and are grounded in high‑quality insight.
• Collaborate closely with cluster, regional and group finance teams to strengthen processes, controls and reporting.
• Coach, develop and inspire the DACH finance team, supporting career development and building a high‑performing, future‑ready function.
• Drive financial capability beyond finance by enabling non‑finance leaders through training, tools and day‑to‑day partnership.

About you

• An experienced finance leader with strong commercial acumen and a track record of leading market or cluster finance teams in a matrixed environment.
• Action‑oriented, resilient and driven; able to see the strategic big picture while being comfortable diving into detail.
• Energetic and engaging, with high EQ and the ability to influence and inspire senior stakeholders.
• A clear communicator and decisive influencer, comfortable challenging established ways of working.
• Commercially minded, with a strong grasp of key financial drivers, performance management and contract discipline.
• A credible thought partner with sound leadership and people‑development skills, committed to building best‑in‑class teams.
• Assertive and outcome‑focused, yet flexible and adaptable in the face of change and ambiguity.
