Our Revenue Operations team is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Manager (f/m/d).

Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for the definition and execution of the commercial strategy and Sales tactics. With access to Moss’ leadership teams, this is an exciting opportunity to shape Moss’ commercial vision and strategy and ultimately, our success.

Your responsibilities

Here's a bit more on what you can expect to be doing day-to-day:

  • Sales Operations Strategy – You will be responsible for defining and executing the sales operations roadmap. This includes developing and implementing processes that enhance sales productivity, streamline operations, and align with broader business goals in a SaaS environment.

  • Data-Driven Insights – You will analyze sales data to identify trends, regularly report on sales performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to the sales leadership team. You’ll also work closely with Finance and FP&A teams to set accurate sales forecasts, revenue targets, and budgets.

  • Sales Process Optimization – You will collaborate closely with sales leadership to refine sales processes, identify bottlenecks, and drive operational efficiencies. You'll ensure the right tools and technologies support the sales team's needs, regularly assessing their effectiveness. This includes hands-on work with Salesforce CRM to set up reports and update sales workflows.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – You will partner with departments like Product, Finance, and Marketing to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and to streamline cross-team workflows in order to optimize the customer journey.

  • Reporting & Communication – You will manage regular and ad-hoc sales performance reports, presentations, and meetings to keep the Executive Team and other key stakeholders informed of sales operations performance and key strategic initiatives.

About you

We think you’ll need the following experience and qualifications to succeed in this role:

  • Proven experience in a Revenue or Sales Operations role, with a particular focus on sales process excellence within a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Robust data analytics skills (e.g., in excel, tableau). Knowledge of SQL is a plus.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce and other commonly used commercial tools.

  • Fluency in English, knowledge of German is a plus.
