What You’ll Do:

As a Division Director, you’ll take the reins of a dynamic division, developing a clear vision, driving strategy, and executing plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. You’ll mentor, guide, and inspire a team of National Recruiters and Account Managers, ensuring they thrive in their roles and consistently achieve placement goals. Your leadership will be pivotal in building relationships across departments, fostering collaboration with Business Development, Credentialing, and other teams to drive growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Mentor: Guide a team of recruitment and account management professionals, providing daily support, training, and development to reach their full potential.
  • Strategize for Success: Develop and implement sales strategies, KPI goals, and client expansion plans to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Elevate the Team: Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, offer feedback, and celebrate successes while addressing challenges head-on.
  • Drive Client Relationships: Enhance client satisfaction through business reviews, rate negotiations, and strategic insights.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, IT, HR, and finance to ensure compliance and drive profitability.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of leadership in a staffing agency, with a strong preference for healthcare staffing.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies that deliver results.
  • Strong performance management skills to motivate and elevate your team.
  • Enthusiasm, competitiveness, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting to teams and executive leadership.
