Key Accountabilities:
Drive product efficiency
- Work with cross function teams to co-create and execute the company’s product strategy and promotion strategy e.g. new product launch, key investment products, CTM, etc..
- Plan and allocate sales forecast to secure stable, healthy, and persistent growth of account. Provide guidance to account on futures order structure.
- Develop, adjust and monitor account's product delivery plans to ensure products are launched on time and on demand.
- Manage the account’s sell through and MOS.
- Collect and provide market intelligence.
Drive retail operation excellence
- Work with accounts to set up a dedicate account strategy by following company strategy.
- Monitor sales targets achievement during daily work and propose revision where necessary.
- Connect with Retail Excellence team to enhance account’s retail operation capability. Improve the retail KPI.
- Help our account to build their new retail muscle in order to respond to the market change in a timely manner.
- Ensure the brand operation standards in the region through cross function cooperation.
Create productive fleets
- Evaluate and improve the quality of existing channels to enhance productive fleets.
- Through seasonal and ad-hoc door review to drive new door plan and transformation plan.
- Have a better understanding of marketplace and landlord.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above and excellent communication skills.
- More than 8 years sales management or account management experience in retail industry; Candidates with E-commerce experience is preferred.
- Strategic thinking, drive the future, champion, and embrace change.
- Skillful business analysis and planning, logical thinking and presentation.
- Skillful use of excel and PPT.
- Strong personality & ownership.
- Willing to work under pressure.
