Job Description Summary

As a Product Planning Specialist you will take care of order fulfillment process at Helsinki factory as a member of fulfillment team.
Purpose of the role is to optimize factory delivery performance, production line performance and communication to customers.
Your actions will have direct impact on production teams and customer deliveries.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Receive customer orders, check order content and schedule orders to production lines according to customer requests and production status. Communicate delivery schedule and possible issues to customers.

• Coordinate production flow: Open work orders, follow-up production status, re-schedule orders when needed. Communicate changes, secure correct reporting and solve problems.

• Active participation in production value stream teams (daily management)

Qualifications and experience

• High School degree + min. 2 years of studies in related field

• Work experience in production environment and/or supply chain management

• Experience in ERP systems and Excel

• Fluent in Finnish and English 

Desirable skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks daily in required schedule

• Ability to communicate efficiently in global organization

• Good understanding of production processes
