About the Role
Lyra is looking for a Director, HR Business Partner to provide thought leadership and drive talent strategy as the lead HR partner to our Chief Revenue Officer, General Counsel and their teams. You will own and execute important strategic initiatives such as organizational design, organizational development, performance management, career development, retention and engagement. You will collaborate with leaders to understand business objectives and use data to inform the design and execution of solutions that live our values and propel Lyra forward!  You will play a key role in both shaping and stewarding company-wide people initiatives. You will report to the Head of Talent Development and manage a HRBP. 

You bring a track record of high impact partnership with C-Suite leaders, experience managing teams and expertise across core Human Resources functions including talent planning, leadership development, and compensation.
