As Director, Label Analytics, you will be the primary commercial analytics lead for a label within Sony Music, utilizing data to influence strategic decision-making working with executives at the highest levels of the label. You will utilize a range of data sources in generating analyses to evaluate track, album and artist performance, inform release strategies, assess campaign performance, share competitive/industry insights, and support the data needs of the labels.
In collaboration with other members of the Insights & Reporting team, you will also be tasked with developing new reports, dashboards + methodologies that adapt with the ever-evolving needs of the industry.
Reporting into the VP of the Insights & Reporting team, this is a unique opportunity to impact the data journey at a pivotal moment in the industry for one of the most storied major labels that represents some of the most important artists today.
