Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and configuring software systems tailored to meet specific requirements within the product lifecycle. The work includes collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure the software solutions align with project goals and contribute to the overall success of the entity. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of software development activities with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter.
- Strong experience in software configuration and customization within product lifecycle management environments.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and lifecycle management.
- Experience in collaborating with diverse teams to deliver integrated software solutions.
- Good communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly to various stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
