Camping World is seeking a Payables Receivables Associate for our gowing team.


The Payables Receivables Associate will help support the dealerships with various accounting related tasks.


What You’ll Do:

  • Provides accounts payable support for 3-4 dealerships in the Northeast United States, with main office in Rochester (Gates), NY. No travel required.

  • Data entry - Enter AP invoices into IDS software, to include matching packing slips/PO receipts to invoices, obtaining work order info, obtaining approvals and properly coding expense accounts

  • Ensure all monthly expense invoices are entered prior to month end close

  • Applies warranty payment offsets to parts payables

  • Completes intercompany payable reconciliation at month end

  • Reviews aged payables weekly to ensure no issues need to be researched

  • Prepares weekly check run and submits for approval. Once approved, processes checks

  • Reviews vendor statements for discrepancies to ensure aging items are attended to in a timely manner

  • Other projects as assigned


What You’ll Need to Have for the Role:

  • Ability to work in a fast paced-environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks and demands.

  • 2-3 years of Accounts Payable experience

  • High School Diploma

  • Intermediate Excel skills including formulas as well as experience importing and exporting data

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience interacting with remote locations is helpful but not required

  • Must be diligent, organized, and extremely detail oriented

  • Knowledge of auto dealership accounting systems (IDS, Reynolds & Reynolds) is helpful but not required.

Pay Range:

$19.37-$23.27 Hourly
