Summary:
As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, a typical day involves leading innovative approaches within delivery projects, leveraging extensive expertise to influence and elevate the quality of engagements. This role requires active collaboration with clients and internal teams to shape strategic directions and bring forward-thinking ideas into practical solutions. The position demands a balance of technical insight, business understanding, and effective communication to foster trusted advisor relationships. Daily activities include analyzing client needs, designing tailored technology solutions, and guiding teams to implement best practices that align with both client objectives and organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies to enhance delivery outcomes.
- Mentor and support junior team members to build their skills and confidence.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team and project environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS AI Services.
- Experience with cloud-based artificial intelligence platforms and services.
- Strong understanding of machine learning model deployment and management.
- Ability to design scalable AI solutions that integrate with existing business processes.
- Familiarity with data security and compliance considerations in AI implementations.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing AI service performance in production environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS AI Services.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
