The Project manager - Delivery operations is a core team member within the Marketing Solutions organization that is responsible for leading stakeholders across the Transunion verticals to effectively deliver digital and data-driven solutions for our customers.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree with experience in the delivering marketing solutions related products and excels at roles such as technical project management/technical account management, client services or other business, delivery operations related responsibilities.
  • Prior experience and exposure to data assets, cloud infrastructure, file transfer methods, understanding of identity and working with engineering, scrum teams will be a plus.
  • Industry expertise and Project Management certified to allow you to ‘hit-the-ground-running’ in this fast-paced and growing business

We'd love to see:           

  • 6+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing/Advertising/Media, technology and delivery/ad operations, including requirements gathering, writing specifications and project management, are required
  • Contribute to the full customer lifecycle; from sales engagement, communicating requirements, to final review of the solutions and data (such as match rates) with internal and customers, such as Customer Success and Sales
  • Ensure accurate execution and delivery of custom solutions while maintaining documentation and reporting, tracking projects and deliverables, and communicating timelines effectively
  • Prioritize excellent service for both our external and internal customers while developing effective working relationships as you liaise across teams

Impact You'll Make:

  • Drive customer success by translating technical and functional requirements from client POV to technical teams for quicker execution of tasks
  • Leverage your experience and start working with data assets, cross functional and agile/scrum teams to achieve sprint goals
  • Start liaising with senior Sales, Customer Success, Data Science and Analytics teams, Product and Customers and develop an end-to-end process, including design, setup, test, delivery, documentation, adoption and change management
  • Work closely with the data teams and engineers to ensure successful and timely implementation of technical requirements
  • Hold yourself and team accountable to deliver data/digital marketing projects by setting deadlines and finding areas to drive efficiencies in the delivery processes

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :

The salary range for this position is $108,905.00 - $184,600.00. *The salary range for this position reflects the general range of compensation for this job and does not include our bonus incentive(s). This position is eligible for bonus incentive(s). At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position, and market considerations.
