You as the Territory manager AWC for the Danish market will be responsible for Sales and education for wound care customers in Convatec solutions and products within a specific region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead educational meetings
  • Puts customer satisfaction ahead within company policy and legal limits.
  • Consistently feeds back information on customer requirements to Manager and Marketing
  • Actively involves the customer in creating solutions by interactive approach to defining need/value.
  • Actively self reflect and reviews approach/interaction with customers via follow up and data capture (when available) to ensure delivery of value in all Field-Visits
  • Delivers solutions that create value in every Field-Visit
  • Develop effective relationships with external customers and building profitable business partnerships
  • Gather competitive intelligence and share it with appropriate internal and external sources.
  • Understanding of customers and the competition.
  • Collaborates proactively with Market Access team to maximise tender outcome in pre-, under- and post tender work.
  • In interaction with Market Access team develop tender strategies for own district and support colleagues
  • In corporation with Market Access team help in the strategic decisions regarding which products to offer on tender
  • Responsible for activities (campaigns, sales meetings etc.) and for training of  key wholesalers and purchasers
  • Increases sales, increase market share growth and maximize long term revenue goals in the specific franchise area by developing effective relationships with external customers and by building profitable business partnerships
  • Identifies profitable business opportunities and manages the allocated territory business.
  • Develops and implements account plans for targeted customers

Skills & Experience:

  • Work experience from commercial or health care functions, within specialist area, in the Med Tech, Pharma and/or life science industry – minimum 3 years
  • Educated nurse and/or commercial academic degree at bachelor level
  • Fluent in local language, oral and written.
  • Good skills in English language.
  • Proactive, structured, responsible.
  • Good communication skills.

Team

Will be apart of the Danish and Norwegian sales team

Travel Requirements

In this Role you are expected to travel to customers 4 days a week. (Some of them include overnight travel)
