We are seeking a talented individual to join our MMB Analytics team.
The MMB Analytics team deliver analytics products internally within MMB and externally to clients, operating as experts within the business to help the organisation gain a competitive advantage through analytics.
The team are looking to continue to deliver value through global initiatives and analytics product solutions. We will be looking for you to embrace the challenge of delivering and operationalising these solutions.
The role is based in Cluj-Napoca and it is a hybrid role, with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
- Provide training sessions for users of the product
- Have a deep understanding of our product, how it works and what it is trying to achieve
- Support the product owner with demo-ing the product to potential users and countries
- Create supporting documentation and promotional material
- Enable users and providing a first point of contact for issues with access
- Track key usage metrics and providing reporting to senior leaders
What you need to have:
- Proven ability to support digital products and their users
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with users where English isn’t their first language
- Experience working in an iterative product development environment
- Basic reporting experience and user/client management experience
- Proven presentation skills to senior leaders and operational users
- Comfortable working and communicating with non-technical business users in English
- Ability to maintain discretion and deal appropriately with confidential information
- Energetic, cheerful, personable and willing to learn
