Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Hexagon Intergraph SmartPlant.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes.
- Experience with APIs and low-code platforms for application development.
- Familiarity with system stability and performance optimization techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Hexagon Intergraph SmartPlant.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
