Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity. Your role will involve leading software development projects and ensuring their successful completion. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and Advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Provide solutions to business area problems. - Lead and manage software development projects effectively. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. - Mentor and guide junior team members in their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Software Product Management. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies. - Experience in configuring software systems for different stages of the product lifecycle. - Knowledge of technologies and tools used in software development. - Hands-on experience in applying methodologies for successful project delivery. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in Software Product Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
