Our Partner Engagement Experience (PEX) Center of Excellence (CoE) focuses on continuously optimizing partner interactions and delivering exceptional experiences. We are looking for a dynamic Cross-Functional Project Management Office (PMO) professional to support our PEX initiatives. The Partner Engagement Experience PMO Associate will play a key role in driving both strategic initiatives and the continuous updates necessary to keep projects and programs relevant within the Partner Engagement Experience CoE. This individual will collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, and successful execution of both new projects and ongoing enhancements aimed at improving partner engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a keen understanding of cross-functional dynamics.

What you will do:

Project Management Coordination:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects within the Partner Engagement Experience CoE.

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful delivery.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Managing in a highly matrixed organization with cross functional stakeholders

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, Core business platforms organization to gather requirements and align project goals.

  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and address any challenges.

  • Support Management System for PEX, inclusive of Global to geo communications, and well as Partner Feedback 

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend best practices for project management within the CoE.

  • Implement methodologies to enhance project tracking and reporting.

  • Maintain feedback loop with cross functional teams and external partner ecosystem 

Performance Monitoring:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess project success and impact on partner engagement.

  • Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to leadership on progress and outcomes.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including scope, timelines, and budgets.

  • Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and achievements to stakeholders.

Change Management Support Communications and Enablement:

  • Ensure comprehensive communication and roll out plans are developed, documented and delivered internally and externally 

  • Support the development of training materials and resources for teams involved in partner engagement initiatives.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members as needed.

  • identification and management of risk and dependencies to support ongoing  launch efforts 

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, change Management,  preferably in a cross-functional role.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).

  • Familiarity with Partner Ecosystem, Programs Strategies  and best practices is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $104,080.00 - $166,320.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

Pay Transparency

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
