We understand caregiver’s desire to have flexibility with their work schedules.
We also know our patients still rely on our care around the clock.
With our caregivers’ and patients’ interests at heart, we have created a new RRT Weekender Flex role.
An outline of the program is summarized below:
Commitment includes three, 12-hour shifts per weekend.
For purposes of this program, weekends are considered Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Designated as full-time status with full-time benefits.
Caregivers will work 36 hours and receive compensation for 44 hours (the additional 8 hours of pay is Weekender Flex Pay).
Caregivers remain eligible for additional premium pay programs.

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
Ohio Respiratory Care Professional (RCP) Board licensure.
Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through American Heart Association (AHA), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) through American Heart Association (AHA), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) through American Heart Association (AHA) and/or Neonatal Pediatric Specialist (NPS) certification when appropriate for site.
