- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of custom software components.
- Monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize delivery timelines and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and technical excellence.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance software architectures.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and provide clear guidance to development teams.
- Competence in optimizing code for performance and maintainability within SAP environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
