Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Business Growth: Seek out and capitalize on new business opportunities within the Finance and Fleet segments, focusing on both regional and local prospects.
  • Manage Client Relationships: Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their business needs are promptly and effectively addressed.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with National Account Managers, Directors, and VPs to support business growth and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Prospecting and Engagement: Engage potential clients through diverse methods such as phone calls and emails to expand our reach.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction and Retention: Occasionally visit customer locations to strengthen relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Data Collection and Reporting: Regularly update client information and communicate projected volumes to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate Across Departments: Work with Operations Regional Managers, General Managers, and the Fleet Lease team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Facilitate Client Onboarding: Seamlessly onboard new clients by collaborating with various departments within the company.

What We're Looking For:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Industry Experience: At least one year of account management or sales experience, preferably in the automotive auction environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Proficiency in prioritizing and managing workload effectively.
  • Creative Problem Solver: Demonstrates creativity and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage in public speaking and professional presentations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with a general understanding of B2B interface technology.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for client visits and business development activities.
