Join us as a Salesforce Senior Developer / Salesforce Architect and take the technical lead on impactful Salesforce implementations. What you’ll work on:
Creating high-level technical designs and making sure solutions follow Salesforce best practices (security, limits, scalability)
Leading delivery of complex Apex, LWC, and sophisticated Flow orchestrations
Owning code quality through code reviews, patterns, and hands-on mentoring for junior developers
Overseeing release and lifecycle management (deployment strategy, branching model, sandbox setup)
Acting as an escalation point for tough issues: deep troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance/stability improvements
Collaborating with stakeholders to draft solution options and choose the best long-term approach for the platform’s health
About you:
5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and developing Salesforce solutions (with architecture responsibility)
Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I & II + Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, and async processing (Batch, Queueable, Scheduled)
Solid experience with integration patterns (REST/SOAP, Bulk API, event-driven approaches)
Ability to explain technical tradeoffs clearly and align stakeholders
English for international collaboration + Czech or Slovak for local stakeholder communication
Nice to haves:
Experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management or Automotive Cloud
Background in Insurance or Banking (compliance-aware delivery)
Working toward Application Architect or System Architect certification path
Hands-on CI/CD experience (Copado, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
Experience with Data360 or Einstein / Agentforce implementations
