Rose Rocket 🚀 is a market leader in Transportation Management Software. We’re a startup going after the $700+ billion dollar trucking industry, leading the shift to SaaS while revolutionizing the way trucking companies sell, service, and innovate. We are a “more human, less corporate” culture that is built around doing work that matters, winning as a team, and celebrating success. We’d love to hear from you if you want to build this with us.

We understand that joining a team is one of the most important decisions you make ❤️, and adding a team member is one of the most important decisions we’ll make. Through our process, we want you to get to know us and understand how you approach problems, learn, and what motivates you.

The Role

Rose Rocket is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth for TMS.ai, our next-generation transportation management platform. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marke0ting, Sales, and Customer Experience and is responsible for generating qualified Builder leads through hands-on experimentation, channel development, and demand-gen content.

TMS.ai combines the core power of a modern TMS with native intelligence, automation, and deep customization. As Growth Marketing Manager, you'll ensure we reach the right Builders - systems thinkers who value flexibility and control - and convert them into high-quality pipeline through targeted experiments and performance-driven channels.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys moving fast, running experiments, and building MQL volume through creative, Builder-focused campaigns.

What You’ll Do

Growth Experimentation & Pipeline Generation

  • Lead and execute growth experiments (bets/projects) focused on generating Builder-qualified MQLs with 1-month payback periods

  • Own and run targeted outbound campaigns using AI-personalized messaging, TED point-solution positioning, and Builder-specific pain points

  • Optimize high-traffic channels (carrier directory, paid search, Network referrals) to increase MQL volume and quality

  • Track biweekly cohort performance (MQL→SQL volume, cost-per-lead, channel quality) and iterate rapidly based on data

Content & Demand Generation

  • Create Builder-focused demand-gen content including LinkedIn posts, YouTube shorts, blog articles, email sequences, and landing pages

  • Execute organic social strategy on LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and YouTube to attract system-thinkers and automation enthusiasts

  • Repurpose thought leadership and use-case stories into multi-channel content (carousels, short-form video, email nurture)

  • Run A/B tests on messaging, CTAs, and creative to maximize Builder resonance and conversion rates

Website & Brand Ownership

  • Work with the Director of Growth to run TMS.ai website optimization including Builder positioning, conversion funnel improvements, and trial activation flows

  • Maintain brand consistency across all growth channels and ensure messaging aligns with Builder narrative

  • Collaborate with Product and Design on website updates, landing pages, and in-product CTAs

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of Growth Marketing or Demand Generation experience:

    • In B2B SaaS (ecommerce, logistics, supply chain, or platform products are a plus)

    • Or experience in DTC marketing (understanding brand, channel entry and optimization, and performance channels)

  • Hands-on execution skills: Can write poignant outbound sequence copy, create social content, optimize paid ads, and build landing pages when you have to

  • Performance-driven mindset: Comfortable with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and ruthless prioritization based on 1-month or 1-quarter payback windows

  • Strong storytelling and content creation skills, with the ability to simplify complex products for Rose Rocket’s target personas without losing depth

  • Speed and experimentation: Ability to launch bets in 2 weeks, measure results, iterate fast, and kill what doesn't work

  • Comfort working with configurable or platform-based products, not just single-feature solutions. If you find working in Zapier, N8N, or other automations - you’ll have a great time here.

  • Ability to move fluidly between strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a customer-first mindset

The expected salary range for this role is $95,000 –$120,000 CAD.

This range reflects the scope of the role, relevant experience, and opportunities for growth. Most new hires join between the minimum and midpoint of the range, with the upper end typically reserved for team members who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact over time.

Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.

Don’t sweat it if you don’t have everything listed above. We believe in growth and curiosity. If you have some of these qualities and are excited about this opportunity, then we want to hear from you!
