You’ll be surrounded by teammates who care deeply, challenge each other, and celebrate wins. With tools that amplify your impact and a culture that backs your ambition, you won’t just contribute. You’ll make things happen–fast.

At ZoomInfo we encourage creativity, value innovation, demand teamwork, expect accountability and cherish results. If you are collaborative, take initiative, and get stuff done we want to talk to you! We have high aspirations for the company and are looking for the right people to help fulfill the dream. We strive to continually improve every aspect of the company and use cutting-edge technologies and processes to delight our customers and rapidly increase revenues.

As Senior Director of Product Management – GTM Technology, you will lead product strategy for ZoomInfo’s strategic Product-to-Cash transformation, partnering closely with Engineering, Finance, RevOps, and GTM leadership. You will shape the long-term vision and multi-year roadmap for our GTM technology platform, spanning CPQ, pricing, quoting, ordering, subscriptions, billing, and post-sales revenue systems. Your mandate is to ensure these platforms scale with the business, support evolving GTM motions, and deliver measurable operational and financial impact.

This role extends beyond individual initiatives. You will help define and institutionalize the GTM Tech product and platform operating model, establishing clear governance, prioritization frameworks, and outcome-driven roadmaps across a portfolio of revenue systems. You will build and develop a high-performing team of product leaders accountable for durable platform capabilities, not just feature delivery.

You are a systems thinker and enterprise platform leader who can operate at executive altitude while engaging deeply in architectural tradeoffs and process complexity. You bring structure to ambiguity, align cross-functional stakeholders around clear decisions, and identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to improve efficiency, decision quality, and customer experience across the GTM lifecycle.

What You'll do:

  • Own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for ZoomInfo’s GTM Technology portfolio and revenue platform ecosystem.
  • Lead end-to-end product oversight of GTM technology platforms spanning CPQ, pricing, quoting, ordering, subscriptions, billing, and post-sales revenue systems.
  • Translate company growth strategy and evolving GTM motions into scalable, enforceable platform capabilities.
  • Drive cross-functional executive alignment across Sales, Finance, RevOps, Product, and Enterprise Applications on priorities and sequencing.
  • Guide major platform initiatives, including the Revenue Cloud Advanced transition, ensuring long-term architectural integrity and scalability.
  • Establish clear governance and decision frameworks that balance delivery velocity, compliance, and platform durability.
  • Build and institutionalize the GTM Tech product and platform operating model, including roadmap discipline and outcome-based planning.
  • Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product leaders accountable for measurable business outcomes.
  • Embed pricing controls, policy enforcement, and financial compliance directly into system design.
  • Identify and scale AI-driven automation opportunities across GTM workflows to improve efficiency, decision quality, and customer experience.

What you bring:

  • 10+ years of progressive product and technology leadership experience across enterprise SaaS and GTM systems environments.
  • Demonstrated ownership of large-scale Quote-to-Cash or Lead-to-Cash transformations, including CPQ migrations, platform consolidations, and enterprise system modernization.
  • Deep experience partnering with Engineering and Enterprise Applications teams to deliver scalable, durable revenue platform capabilities serving global organizations.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS GTM motions, including new business, renewals, post-sales operations, customer success, and professional services systems.
  • Proven ability to define multi-year roadmaps and align cross-functional executive stakeholders across Sales, Finance, RevOps, and Customer organizations.
  • Experience leading global product and/or engineering teams, including building operating models, execution standards, and governance frameworks.
  • Track record of delivering measurable business impact, including revenue capture, operational efficiency gains, and customer experience improvements.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem capabilities, including CPQ and enterprise platform integrations.
  • Experience leveraging AI and automation to improve GTM processes, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.

Strong systems thinking, with the ability to connect process design, data integrity, platform architecture, and business results.
