Main responsibilities of the position:

Main responsibilities in MUFG Brazil:

• Support development of key performance indicator (KPI)

• Medium-Term Business Plan (MTBP)

• Project Governance (Enterprise PMO)

• Strategic Alliances (such as Bradesco and local invest agencies)

• Corporate strategy activities including local strategy development

• Standards and Procedures management

• General Data Protection Act (LGPD)

• Peer group analysis

• Profitability analysis by product

• Capital assessment

• Implementation of RIM (Record & Information Management) program locally

• Ad-hoc projects

Desired experience for the role:

• Experience in Banking or Finantial Institutions

• Desirable: Experience as PMO

Specific knowledge, skills and certificates required for the role:

• Communication, Stakeholder management, Political acumen. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
